Earning Points is EASY…and Redemption is Even EASIER!

Customers earn reward points based on personal spending, birthday rewards, product reviews, and following us on social media. 

Options can be found on the Beauty Rewards Tab.

Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity. Stay active by:

• Making a purchase - Earning new points will extend the duration of the points' expiry.
• Receiving a perk/reward - except for the birthday campaign. For example, if a customer is inactive and only receives points as part of the birthday campaign, they will be considered inactive. 
• Redeeming points and coupons.
• Returns: If a customer returns an item, points earned on the purchase of that item will be deducted. If a customer redeems points to purchase an item but then returns the item, the points are restored to the customer's account. 

Check your redemption History

To access your Redemption history, you can log in to ever.com -> Rewards -> Beauty Rewards. From there you will able to see the "Rewards History" next to the "Redeem Now" button. 

NOTE: We send emails periodically to inform our customers to use their points but once the points reach the 6th - 8th month, the points will expire and we can no longer reinstate expired points.
