If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a cash refund, exchange or store credit. 

We are happy to provide you a cash refund within 45 days and store credit or exchange within 90 days.

If you discover your purchase contains a damaged or defective item within 365 days of purchase, we will send a replacement of your purchased item free of charge.  

Returns or exchanges are accepted on Ever skincare products used up to empty bottle if unsatisfied with product. Sale items as marked, Display Items, Business Supplies, and any markdowns are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return your items to Ever Skincare, simply:

1. Submit a return request here.
2. Place your items to be returned with your packing slip in a box.
3. Affix your return shipping label to the outside of your box.
4. Place the box in your mailbox, take it to the local Post Office or schedule a time with them to have it picked up from your doorstep.
